If you convert the offset of that image to pointer and search that with the hex editor, you will see that the pointer is used 25 times. I am assuming you know what pointer is? Anyway, if you can, sure edit the title music.

Music is something I have never touched. Sappy and any other tool for pokemon games were just too frustrating for me. Inserting new themes that is.
